Club Kit Exchange - Postage
We want you to love every LoopsClub kit, so we've made exchanges even easier. Just follow these simple steps.
1) Purchase this item for $0, and the regular shipping cost will be applied, which covers the cost to ship your replacement kit to you. In the comments, put your desired replacement kit. This can be EITHER whichever kit you did NOT receive this month (Classic or NonWool), or a previous month's kit that shows available under "Shopping - Extra Kits" here on LoopsClub.com.
2) Wait for a confirmation email response from us. We'll let you know if your desired kit/color is available. (Please allow 1-3 days for research and response.)
3) Once we confirm your kit is in stock, we will email you a "call tag" that you can print, tape to your package (over the previous label) and take to the post office, drop in a mailbox or simply leave for your mail carrier.
4) When we receive your kit, we will ship your new one ASAP! Remember, yarn must be in unwound, like-new condition so that it can be shipped to another member :)
